Lockdown Dreams
April 2020 - March 2021The Lockdown Dreams project was co-founded by myself and a number of other students studying at the Psychoanalysis Unit at University College London. The project arose out of a desire to document the effect (Covid-19) lockdown restrictions were having on the quality, and content of peoples’ dreams. Project website
You can watch a short animation, called Uninvited Guests, based on the findings of the project.
You can also listen to me talking about the project on Canada’s CBC, here.
Cabin Fever
March 2022Using material gathered during the Lockdown Dreams project, I was fortunate enough to collaborate with the composer Esmeralda Conde Ruiz on her choral project, Cabin Fever. The intention was to create a ‘durational audiovisual artwork [exploring] vulnerability and dreaming’, which was ultimately peformed and exhibited at the Tate Modern as part of their Tate Lates series.
